Separation Counselling
A new path for a respectful cooperation

A separation does not have to end in a fight. It can be the beginning of a new, respectful relationship. In my separation counselling for couples and families, I support you in finding ways in which everyone can lead their lives freely and independently - without losing the stability and clarity that is particularly important for families with children.

With my background in psychology, I will guide you through this process mindfully: together we will create space for emotions, hurts and needs. Everyone is heard and seen. This allows us to uncover old patterns and behaviours and replace them with new, helpful approaches. Together we create a transition in which feelings are allowed to exists while the focus is on the creation of a new way of cooperation.

My aim is to find solutions that do justice to everyone involved. If there are deep wounds and pain, these can also be dealt with in individual counselling sessions in order to create a healthy basis for continuing together - as parents or as a family.
Trust in this mindful, professionally guided process and discover that a respectful, peaceful farewell is possible.

Getting to know each other

It is important to me that I am a good match for you.

For this reason, I offer 30-minute introductory meetings (usually online). During the meeting, you can ask questions, find out more about me and how I work and tell me something about your concerns. The conversation is free of charge and you can decide afterwards if you would like to work with me.

Separation Counselling Sessions

The sessions can take place online or in my practice in Zurich. Together we will discover where you currently stand and what a new path could look like for you. We will focus on building trust and a new way of cooperation beyond your former partnership.

Please note that I do not offer legal counselling services.

Investment

The investment for a 60-minute couples counselling session is 240 CHF.

During couples counselling, it can be helpful to have an individual session with each partner; the investment is 190 CHF per hour.

It is advisable to book several appointments at once to avoid waiting times in the consultation process.

You pay by invoice that you receive after each session.

Duration of the Counselling Work

I recommend three to four appointments two to three weeks apart. Afterwards, we will evaluate together where you stand and whether and what further support makes sense for you.

Note on my services: I do not conduct psychotherapy and my services are not covered by health insurance. As a certified coach I accompany you on your way to recognise temporary problems and to find the right questions and answers to them. In the case of an illness or serious disorder, my support cannot and does not want to replace a visit to a specialist or therapist nor any medication.
